RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs routine manual tasks in the custodial care and minor maintenance of public buildings in addition to the upkeep of the surrounding grounds in which the incumbent may be exposed to various outside weather conditions.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or G.E.D. Must have a valid driver's license at time of appointment and maintain as a term and condition of continued employment.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to physically withstand the strain of cleaning work and moving furniture, equipment and supplies. Must have knowledge of janitorial cleaning methods, materials and equipment.

SALARY: $14.87 per hour (35 hours per week)
